Healthy food cares healthy body. What is a healthy food? Is it chicken? beef? egg? vegetable? or boost? horlicks?. How a common man may reply?  Do we get good water and air? Can anyone answer without having any doubt? What about our daily using products or essential commodities? Is everything healthy? Can we be independent from these?
