Women equality, is one of the highlight social issue which is still remain as a question mark, nobody can find an appropriate solution for the problem, but it is clear that these process is progressively moving forward. But the problem is that, even though how many protection is ensuring for a women by the society and constitution the male dominancy sometimes violated all the boundaries of these rules, and then even being punished in court. Healthy food cares healthy body. What is a healthy food? Is it chicken? beef? egg? vegetable? or boost? horlicks?. How a common man may reply?  Do we get good water and air? Can anyone answer without having any doubt? What about our daily using products or essential commodities? Is everything healthy? Can we be independent from these? Now tell me, Are we free from illness? Are we really healthy?
